Cocoa40 Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping.  We work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is out of our hands.  We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Care Policy

Orders are shipped Tuesday-Thursday during regular store hours (11:00am to 6:00pm) using the shipping method you select at the checkout. Orders placed Thursday afternoon - Monday evening will be shipped the following Tuesday. This is to prevent chocolate products from melting in transit, ensuring you receive the product(s) in the best condition! Please select the fastest shipping method available from May-September to ensure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition.

Please notes that shipping rates increase from May-September to cover the cost of the insulated shipping packaging (which includes ice packs and insulated wrapping) to protect your order during transit. This rate applies to all orders from May-September that are placed online for shipment.

Cocoa40 Inc. currently only offers shipping across Canada, the contiguous United States of America and the United Kingdom. Free shipping is available within Canada on orders over $150 and outside of Canada on orders over $250. Taxes and duties may be charged to your order.
